电熔白色氧化铝砂46#是刚玉的一种，氧化铝含量99%以上。喷砂用氧化铝砂的粒径范围经过严格控制，使磨粒大小控制在一定范围内。喷砂后产生表面一致的粗糙度。白刚玉韧性好，研磨能力强，自锐性好，喷射到喷砂工件表面时，通过气流的冲击力，工件撞击出凹痕。钝化后的喷砂表面有利于后续喷漆的油漆保持把持力。白刚玉喷砂磨粒还具有喷砂效率高，利用率高的优点。

White fused aluminum oxide 46# is a type of corundum, with an alumina content of over 99%. The particle size range of aluminum oxide sand used for sandblasting is strictly controlled, ensuring that the abrasive particle size is controlled within a certain range. After sandblasting, a consistent surface roughness is produced. White corundum has good toughness, strong grinding ability, and good self sharpening. When sprayed onto the surface of sandblasted workpieces, the impact force of the airflow causes the workpieces to collide with dents. The sandblasted surface after passivation is beneficial for maintaining the grip of subsequent paint spraying. White alumina sandblasting abrasive particles also have the advantages of high sandblasting efficiency and high utilization rate.

1.    白刚玉显微硬度20.58Gpa,维氏硬度2200-2400kg/mm2，莫氏硬度9.0。可喷砂于大部分金属、铸钢件、铸铁件、有色金属合金材料、含铬含锰含钨钼金属、玻璃和其他非金属材料。
2.    白刚玉研磨能力强，喷砂效率高，由于具有很强的自锐性，不会对喷砂表面造成烧*氧化。
3.    白钢玉还可以直接用于研磨抛光，表面处理，喷砂除锈等领域，可用于干式和湿式喷砂，表面抛毛抛光，喷涂前表面处理钝化等领域。
4.    白钢玉氧化铝的纯度高，主要晶相时α相的氧化铝。杂质少，磁性物含量低，喷砂后不会产生化学残留，可用于医药、航空、食品领域机械部件的喷砂。
